To support the education of qualified young specialists especially in this area, piezosystem jena offers a complete set composed of one piezo actuator and one amplifier, which was especially designed for training and testing purposes.

Piezoelectrical actuators are employed in any application concerned with highest accuracy, fast adjustment and scanning operations, and also special environmental conditions. Main fields of applications are semiconductor industry, optical industry, handling systems and scanning applications.

The nano kit includes a positioner which, for example in the context of a static application, can move a sample within a motion range of 100 µm and position it with nm-accuracy. The control of the system is carried out by an easy to use electronic system which also features an integrated function generator.
